when he was small, andrew happened to be very self-conscious about his height, as he was the shortest person he knew in his group of peers. but thankfully, he'd had a growth spurt at thirteen and ended up becoming 5'10, weighing at one sixty five lbs. he's got a lean built and is muscular, as he likes to play work out.
he has short black hair, deep-set eyes, and a square jaw-line. he considers his eyes his best feature, as they are hazel in color and rather expressive. he dresses mostly in cotton shirts and trousers, and sometimes carelessly throws on a tie around his neck. he's well-groomed, but you'd rarely find him without stubble.

your classic good guy - the best friend you'd always be able to count on, the one to break awkward silences with an easy-going remark, the man of the hour who would come in to rescue every damsel in distress - as long as they didn't fall for him - that is the definition of andrew james bar. he's a simpleton, laid back and easy to figure out, but when the circumstances arise he's a warrior, just as he'd been named. andrew - 'warrior'. he's like the loyal puppy dog of the family, this particular gryffindor trait making him almost impossible to get rid of once you befriend him - for andrew, friends are for life, and friends are important.
andrew isn't one to hog the limelight, he's more of the back-up guy, the one that would stoop into help you put your heart together after some jerk dumps you, or the friend who materializes out of nowhere at times of trouble. other times, he feels as though he's wearing the cloak of invisiblity for all the notice people take of him. he sorts of blends in the background, into the crowd, and he's grown accustomed to it. it's his comfort zone. he likes meeting new people, making friends - he doesn't know how to be shy, and people immediately feel comfortable around him as he's quite the charismatic guy, and he won't leave you without a smile. he's at ease and confident with himself, having no qualms about who he is and what he's going to become - the strong, silent type if you may.
